Beautiful place with infinity pool and stunning views of Serra da Gardunha. Helpful and friendly staff. Tent experience was amazing, especially the igloo-shaped one. Breakfast was decent. Great for couples and families.

I keep coming back because of the helpful staff. On my first stay, they treated my insect bite. The place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, pool, massage, restaurant. Can't wait to return for another trip.

Our stay at Natura Glamping was absolutely fantastic! The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. The location of the glamping site was beautiful, offering unique views. We particularly enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the Cork Tent, which provided all the comfort of a regular hotel room, including a spacious bathroom with a hydro massage tub. The concept of glamping was a great experience that we would highly recommend.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the breakfast was not served buffet-style, which made it difficult for us to see what options were available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a peaceful and calm place in Portugal. Natura Glamping, one of the first glamping sites in the country, provided a special experience. Their attention to detail was evident, especially with the automatic chimney that was absolutely incredible. The bed was comfy, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to environmental consciousness.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, including fresh and healthy ingredients. I have stayed in several 5 star hotels around the world and this breakfast was by far the best. Another great feature was the incredible view from the room, it was simply breathtaking. the bed was also very comfortable and cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were a few issues that affected our experience. the room's heating system was not sufficient, resulting in a cold floor and an uncomfortable temperature inside.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. The location was stunning, with incredible views of Serra da Estrela, especially from the hot tub. The staff were friendly and always available to help.
Breakfast items could have been improved with more variety or options.

my valentine's day stay at alcongosta surpassed my expectations. the glamping tents were glamorous, clean, and comfy. breakfast was excellent with fresh juice, and the view was breathtaking. even though it was too cold for the pool, the overall experience left me wanting more glamping adventures.

I had a truly special experience at this peaceful and calm glamping site. the facilities were fantastic and the staff were incredibly attentive. It's clear that they have a wealth of experience and pay great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the automatic chimney, which was absolutely incredible. the luxury Suite I stayed in had great views of the pool, and though the other Domos had even nicer views, I would highly recommend the Luxury Suite during autumn or spring when the fireplace adds a cozy touch. the option to request a jacuzzi on your own balcony is a major plus. The surrounding area also offers amazing walks and the towns of Fundão and Covilhã have great food options. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect! 😊.
